Joel Rosenfield

Joel Rosenfield

Joel recently retired from 35 years at The Coca-Cola Company where he was Sustainability and ESLP Manager. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from Florida State University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, and is a certified wastewater operator. 

At Coca-Cola, Joel served many roles including Wastewater Operations Manager, Safety, Environmental, and Security Manager, and most recently as Regional Safety, Environmental, and Security Manager for Southern California. Joel also served as adjunct instructor of Environmental Technology at Columbus State Community College.


Currently, Joel is an adjunct professor at Georgia State University and serves on the board of directors for H2OTech, the southeastern US region water hub.

Jocelyn Gadson

 Jocelyn has over 18 years of operational, engineering, and quality expertise from The Coca-Cola Company and Colgate-Palmolive Company.  She received a bachelors and masters degree in chemical engineering from Howard University and a master's degree in business administration from Kennesaw Sate University.   She is a certified project manager, six sigma black belt, managerial coach, and master personal life coach.

She is known for inspiring talent, mentoring, coaching, and building high performing teams.   Most recently at Coca-Cola, Jocelyn  led quality and sustainability governance, regulatory compliance and merger & acquisition integration activities. Additional roles included, water quality governance, project and product management, scale-up and commercialization, capital management and risk mitigation.
